Removing DLLs Through A Registry Cleaner

DLL is one of the terms that is usually included in the discussion on cleaning the registry of Windows. However, not many people understand it and, therefore, take it for granted.

These are sets of files that are stored in the Windows registry and it stands for Dynamic Link Library. DLLs are used in place of codes for applications in our computer. These contain a memory of particular files that are stored and the program will automatically come out when someone will need the information.

DLLs provide convenience to users of documents that have been edited because the process of going through the same process once again is avoided because all the modifications have been saved in the dll. Of course, this makes things more convenient since no new configurations are necessary. Therefore, if these files are deleted, the computer won't find the path to the program that's why error messages pop up.

In esssence, these are back up threads on the system for all applications so that when that file is needed, the information is processed automatically for it to be used. Generally, executable files and dll files work hand in hand. Dlls won't be able to function without the executable files. Exe or execute codes put a certain function into action so that it will be able to do the motions or the process that is required. Thus, for a program to be accessed and to run properly, dlls and executable files need each other.

For example, if the user will draw or create graphics on the computer, the DLL and exe will check if that file is available. The dll files are where all changes in the files are stored so the exe file will look for that particular dll and once it's found, the user can now access it and do his modifications. For an ordinary user, we only see the monitor, mouse and the keyboard and we don't see these functions and codes that's why these are often ignored. However, without them, we will not be able to use the programs we need.

Problems arise with dll's if programs are uninstalled improperly. Because the exe file or the program is no longer there, the dll's are now empty and serve no purpose. The computer's performance becomes sluggish once you have too many dll files in your registry. Instead of just focusing on useful files, the computer will have to also do its rounds with the empty dll's and end up wasting its energies. Hence, the computer slows down. If you want to avoid these problems, you will need the right registry cleaner which can effectively remove all these empty dll files.
