ARTICLE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

These guidelines are designed to help you understand the basic do’s and don’ts about submitting articles in our article directory. It is recommended to read the submission guidelines carefully, and follow them closely to ensure that your articles are accepted for inclusion in our article directory


The DO’s:-
  1. It is strongly recommended that all the articles you submit must be ORIGINAL works. You cannot submit articles on behalf of another author, unless the author has given you permission to do so.

  2. If you hire a ghost writer to write your articles, you must have an EXCLUSIVE LICENSE that allows your name to be associated with the articles produced for you.

  3. You have to submit your articles to one category only. Submissions to multiple categories will be automatically rejected.

  4. Placing your article in the CORRECT category is highly important. Before you submit, check the list of categories to make sure you choose the correct one.

  5. Your submitted articles must be informative, useful, and reliable and share your unique expertise. You can include best practices, case-studies, analysis, your opinions, commentary, tips, strategies and experiences in your articles that may be valuable to the reader.

  6. Your articles must be written in proper English and must strictly adhere to spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure. Before submitting articles make sure they are proofed and double checked for accuracy.

  7. You can use Resource Box to link back to your site, other than having links in the article body belonging to the author. In that case, you have to limit your resource links to 4 or fewer.

  8. Make sure that your links are properly written, and are only linked to active NO SPAM websites.

  9. Your article should have unique article TITLE, or else the older article will be shown.

  10. Be sure to add your author information at the end of the article since your article may be posted to article feeds and/or network of trusted sites. It is your responsibility to include any CONTACT information you wish to have in the article.

  11. Before submitting articles make sure they are in proper format given below

You are only submitting articles with 400 words or more. Your article title should have maximum of 150 characters and Author Bio should not exceed more than 60 words. Longer articles with no useful content will not be accepted, as they can be submitted for the sole purpose of obtaining backlinks or promoting products or services.

Article Title: The first letter of the words of the title must only be CAPITALIZED. No URLs, email addresses, author names are accepted in the title.

Article Summary: Your article summary must contain a minimum of two sentences. You should not give any author name, URL or links in the summary.

Article Body: Your article body must not contain hard line breaks on every line of the article. It is allowed only with a small list of items. You must format your article with paragraphs to make it easier to read. You can include a maximum of to 4 hyperlinks in the article body and About the Author or Author Bio box.

Article Box: As indicated previously, you can include a maximum of to 4 hyperlinks in the article body and About the Author or Author Bio box. An HREF tag is allowed for linking and anchor text outgoing links must be related to the content of the article, example: an article about golf must link to golf related content!

You will need to follow some simple PUNCTUATION rules:-

Punctuation Rules: One or two spaces after each period, colon, or semi-colon; Periods should be inside of quotes; When doing "..." -- you should use only 3 dots minimum and maximum; When using dashes, use two in a row, ex: "--"; Do not use space BEFORE a period or BEFORE a comma.


The DON’Ts:-
  1. Your article must not have plagiarized contents. They must not be ripped off from the public domain either. Article submissions that are plagiarized or in violation of another author's copyright will be removed.

  2. You must not submit articles that are commercial or promotional in content, or a press release, advertisement, sales letter, or blatant and excessive self-promotion or hype. Avoid content that is a violation of any law, libelous, or infringes on the legal rights of others.

  3. You should not do submissions containing a few lines of text with a link pointing to another site where the article supposedly resides.

  4. You should not use any direct affiliate links in the articles.

  5. You have to ensure that you are not submitting any duplicate article or very similar kind of articles more than once. You must not resubmit articles changing the title and a few paragraphs, to make them look unique.

  6. You must not submit articles that include a reply to a personal mail, letter or other kind of correspondence.

  7. You should not use language that is insulting, obscene, degrading, or contain profanity.

  8. You should not use article spinning, excessive or bolded keywords/ phrases. You can only use bolding to headings and subheadings.

  9. You must not submit articles that contain:

    1. Pornography or adult material, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual or group.

    2. Hacking/cracking content, bomb creation, support for terrorism/ radicalism/ religious fanaticism, illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia, steroid use or advocacy, weapon/ firearms/ ammunition/ or the promotion of hard alcohol/tobacco-related products or prescription drugs.

    3. Your article should not have information that promotes Term papers or essays for sale to college students.
