Investors should do a little checking if any of the management people have already made money for their investors in their previous ventures, and if they have had any problem with regulations or other investors before.

It should also at least be in the news due to positive developments like expansion and growth, launch of new products, among others.

The best penny shares are also from a company that has products or services that have a huge growth potential. These products or services should be in demand or generating enough buzz that could lead to a huge market in the near future. Moreover, the industry where the company belongs to should also show growth. If the industry is presently not that developed yet, it should at least show signs of growing in the near future.
