New Ferrari Tailor Made Program also available for 458 Italia & Ferrari California

Ferrari has recently launched the new Prancing Horse’s Tailor Made, a personalization program specifically created for Ferraristi wishing to own a truly bespoke car that is the expression of their unique personality and tastes. The Tailor-Made Program continues the long-lasting tradition from the Factory that began in the 1950s and 60s, when clients started personalizing their cars tailored to suit the desires of each individual owner. The Program is now renewed allowing customers to specify every detail of their new Ferrari, from the cabin trim to the exterior livery color thanks to unprecedented choice of materials, finishes, treatments, accessories and colors.

The aim of the Tailor-Made program is to guarantee that owners’ vehicles are both unique and consistent with the Ferrari brand and its tradition. Owners are guided to the selection process by their dedicated Personal Designer and, once the details have been outlined, they can track the various processes involved in creating their Ferrari until they take delivery. Special arrangements can be made for clients wishing to pick up their vehicle at the Factory in Maranello.

Based on research, creativity, meticulous attention to details, original materials and superb craftsmanship, the Tailor-Made Program offers three different collections: Scuderia, Classica and Inedita. Scuderia is inspired by Ferrari’s sporting history and offers a wide choice of racing-derived materials, liveries and finishes. Classica is the collection characterized by features and styling of the Prancing Horse’s most iconic GT vehicles whether Inedita introduces elements of innovations and experimentation in term of styling, materials and colors.

Tradition, innovation, maximum performances are the cover values behind the three Tailor-Made collections. Although clients will be advised by their personal designer on materials combinations, they are also welcome to suggest new innovative solutions to the Factory Styling Center which will then assess for compatibility.

This is the first time that many of the materials offered thru the Tailor-Made are available in the automobile industry: clients, for example, can choose from cashmere to denim or the innovative high-tech carbon fiber.

The Tailor Made Program Area is located exclusively at the Factory in Maranello, where Ferraristi will be welcomed in a dedicated zone that feels very much like an haute couture studio where they can also preview the final results thru a special system.
